  • Project Managed a PCT Continuing Care Team and Service to go from poor performance to good; identifying causes, troubleshooting, setting out recommendations & initiating action plans
  • Developed a change programme that included standardising processes, establishing panel procedures/decision-making, reviewing staffing structures, team leadership, data management & reporting, commissioning and procurement strategies to ensure compliance with NHS Continuing Healthcare legislation whilst maximising any financial savings
